Guest Workshop: How to be Intimate in an Improv Scene
Come play fun improv games! We will start with fun and playful games and scenes, then we’ll move on to discover different dynamics of relationships and how to get to an intimate scene.
We will practice with different types of relationships (couple, parent & child, siblings, etc.) while making sure to exercise pre-established boundaries.

About Andy Gonzalez-Bendiksen & Luna Ruiz
Andy Gonzalez-Bendiksen is a filmmaker, screenwriter, and performer in the Austin and Dallas area. Some could argue he’s known for Crystal City 1969 with Cara Mia Theater or World Classic with Bishop Arts Theater. He was born in Bogota, Colombia and is half Mexican. Andy is a producing partner for Escándalo Improvised Telenovelas.
Luna Ruiz is an improviser, sketch comedy, theater, and musical actor based out of Austin TX. She started classes at The Institution Theater in 2009 and has participated in shows such as Fancy Pants, Maestro, and Spanish Maestro at The Hideout Theater, as well as The Sound of Made Up Music. Recently, Luna played R2ME2 in The Latino Comedy Project’s ¡Estar Guars! and Dora in Proyecto Teatro’s Cabarex Trilogy.
